Photos on the website may slightly differ in shade than the original due to the light source (daylight or artificial) so get in touch if you would like extra images of the original prints while purchasing.

Buying Original paintings –

Once an original painting is purchased, it will be expertly packaged and shipped to your address including a signature on the back. I always aim to pack and ship artworks within one week of purchase, however delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please include your email when you purchase an artwork so I can get in touch with you directly to let you know the tracking number and shipping date.

Shipping and packaging prices for original paintings are not included in the sale price.

All work will be delivered unframed and flatin a sturdy, well-protected cardboard box. While framing it should be handled with care as the surface is delicate. Do not hang paintings in direct sunlight as there is possibility of fading the colour.

Acrylic & Oil Paintings will be on canvas, canvas board or canvas sheet-

Watercolour paintings, mix media artwork and illustrations, pastel artwork will be on paper.

Watercolour painting &mix media artwork will be on 300gsm paper. 

Charcoal drawings and pastel artwork will be fixed with an adhesive it can be delicate and prone to smudging if the surface is disturbed.

Buying Prints -

Prints of my paintings are limited edition prints and can be purchased with the frame.

Returns

Prints are non-refundable.

For originals - I will look into return requests individually. If there is a problem with your order, please get in touch with me within 10 days for a refund or to exchange.
